We are now seeking the active support and contribution of all those who are either based within the Commercial District or do business with organisation’s within the area. 

Membership will give stakeholders a direct say in the day to day operation of the area, the longer term strategy for the Commercial District and access to a variety of business opportunities.

The existing members have agreed the following annual membership levy:

Landowners/Developers	£15,000
Property Owners over 100,000 sq ft	£15,000
Property Owners  between 50,000 sq ft & 100,000 sq ft	£10,000
Property Owners up to 50,000 sq ft	£5,000
Occupiers up to 25 employees	£500
Occupiers  between 26-75 employees	£1,000
Occupiers over 75 employees	£1,500
Occupiers over 50,000 sq.ft	£10,000
Occupiers between 10,000 sq.ft & 50,000 sq.ft	£5,000
Occupiers between 1,000 & 10,000 sq.ft	£3,000
Occupiers below 1,000 sq.ft	£1,000
Associate members	£1,000
Associates	£2,000
Public Sector partners	£10,000

Liverpool CDP realises that collection of the levy in simple cash terms is not necessarily the most effective way of securing stakeholder contributions to achieve its aims and objectives.  Discussion is welcomed with members, therefore, around how this might be made up in kind through staff time, expertise and other resources.
