Liverpool CDP has created a structure that enables its members to participate fully in achieving this ambition. The board of directors is comprised solely of stakeholders, beneath which there is a simple structure that has a Stakeholders Forum and the four Working Groups that are responsible for the implementation of its business plan around the core action areas:

• Transport & movement
• Strategic development
• Marketing & communications

It is this stakeholder ownership and accountability that not only lies at the heart of Liverpool CDP’s culture and values but is also the key to its success.
