Initially the area will be bounded by Leeds St to the north, Tithebarn St/Chapel St (both sides including City Square, West Moorfields development site & Exchange Flags) to the south, Pall Mall (both sides) to the east and The Strand to the west.

The boundary has been agreed to ensure there is an initial focus on a core area. It is possible that if the initial business plan proves successful and there is sufficient support and capacity, that this could be extended into neighbouring parts of the city centre as part of an expanding network of area based partnerships.
