Representatives from all businesses within the Commercial District are invited to attend this important event which will allow them to hear more about the proposed Business Improvement District (BID) model.
John Flamson, Director of Strategic Partnerships and Development at the University of Liverpool will chair a panel of business leaders including Jack Stopforth and Frank McKenna. The panel will share their expertise and debate with the audience the challenges and opportunities surrounding BID status.
