Our expert instructors understand that getting the most from your work out is the key to keeping fit and our classes are designed to work every aspect of your body including spin, body combat, boxercise, body pump, core stability, yoga and many more.
If an early morning dip is more your style you could take advantage of the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna or steam room.
After a strenuous work out why not relax and indulge at the Ark Spa - an urban oasis. Take some time out to recharge with a unique spa experience leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalised. You can unwind in one of our four treatment rooms and rest easy in the knowledge that all of our therapists are highly qualified in their field able to offer the best advice and expertise. Ark Spa offers inch-loss body wraps, luxurious massages, waxing, manicures, and revolutionary facial treatments using only the best Elemis products.

What we do:
At Ark Spa and Fitness we are committed to giving our members all the advice and guidance they need to become healthier and happier. All staff are trained to the highest level and are available to give tips on health and nutrition. Assessing your fitness is essential before beginning any work out programme, and we cater to all levels from athletes to the gym novice. Complimentary fitness assessments are available to all members that will establish your requirements, goals and abilities. Allow our fitness experts to create a bespoke training programme, guaranteed to give you the body you’ve always wanted.

Our History:
Ark Spa and Fitness was built in 2004 as part of the stylish Radisson Blu hotel, and was refurbished in 2008.
Our Future:
The future for Ark Spa and Fitness will be to continue to spread the word on health, relaxation, and nutrition and to improve people’s lives by offering innovative fitness techniques and programs.
